Custom Training Plans

For athletes targeting a specific goal race, our Custom Training Plan service provides a focused, personalized roadmap to get you to the start line confident and prepared.

We design a detailed 16-20 week training program tailored to your experience level, schedule, and performance goals. Your plan includes a structured progression tailored to your race, along with a mid-plan check-in and dedicated pre- and post-race calls to ensure you’re prepared, supported, and set up for what’s next.

High School Cross Country
Summer Training

Our 6-week preseason program is built specifically for high school cross country athletes who want greater accountability and to build a strong aerobic foundation before the season begins.

Athletes receive detailed training plans, coach-led workouts, and structured guidance designed to steadily build aerobic capacity and overall fitness. The goal is simple: arrive at the start of the cross country season confident, prepared, and ready to tackle your goals.

Local Race Training Groups

Our Local Race Training Groups are designed for athletes preparing for RVA events like the Richmond Marathon weekend races or the Monument Avenue 10K.

Participants receive individualized training plans, weekly coach-led workouts, and the support of a motivated community all working toward the same goal race. Together, we focus on arriving at the start line confident and prepared; while building consistency, connection, and enjoyment throughout the training process.
